The elder brother at OTAA justifies the Mountain Gorilla Necktie – “If we’re going to do the Animal Kingdom, we’re going to include every animal, especially Mountain Gorillas.” Our hand-sewn method allows the Mountain Gorilla Tie to show extraordinary detail as there is little machinery used in the crafting of this tie. Touches such as these make all the difference. Mountain Gorillas are descendants of ancestral monkeys and apes found in Africa and Arabia during the start of the Oligocene epoch (34-24 million years ago). The fur of the mountain gorilla, often thicker and longer than that of other gorilla species, enables them to live in colder temperatures.  Inspired by the furry primate, this Mountain Gorilla Necktie exudes sophistication and is hand cut and sewn on a classic navy backing.
