He would mix the ice with honey and fruits until it became a sweet dessert. This, historians argue, was the earliest form of ice cream known to man. OTAA has Emperor Nero to thank for this design. 

The Artemy Ice Cream Necktie is sweetly tessellated with delicious ice cream cones that are fit for a king. The vibrant orange, brown and red accents give an artisanal accent to the sophisticated navy blue fabric.
